Indian Institute of Management
(IIM) conducts Common Admission Test (CAT) each year for the admission
of candidates to various Post graduate Management courses. The
commencement of online CAT Application form has already been started. A
large number of candidates have been applying as admission in CAT is
really competitive as IIMs provide world class education in Management.
The last date to apply online for CAT exam 2014 is September 30, 2014
and those who have not yet applied may apply soon in the prescribed
format online. Candidates need the syllabus and examination pattern o
CAT 2014 exam so they can score better marks in exam and they will have

CAT Math/Quantitative Ability: Number systems, trigonometry, geometry, probability, permutation combination, mensuration, algebra, time and work, percentages, averages, profit and loss, quadratic and linear equations, etc will be asked.
CAT Data Interpretation: Interpretation and analysis of data based on text, graphs (line, area), tables, Venn diagram, charts (column, bar, pie) etc.
CAT Logical Reasoning: Clocks, calendars, seating arrangement, binary logic, blood relations, assumption, logical sequence, premise, linear and matrix arrangement, conclusion etc.
Candidates are advised to go through the above CAT exam syllabus 2014-15 and prepare according to them only. This will help them fetch good marks in the forthcoming CAT exam 2014 which is scheduled to be conducted in November.
